Withdrawal requests on nari are reviewed and processed according to the payment method you use. If you request a withdrawal to DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment, our system typically processes the transfer within 2 to 6 hours. Bank transfers via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment may take 1 to 2 business days depending on your bank's settlement schedule. During Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi holidays, processing times may be longer due to banking system closures.
